Meet Nada
Nada joined Northrop in 2015, becoming our Sydney Office Manager and Regional Business Support Manager.
Growing up in Brisbane along with her five brothers, Nada’s fondest memories involve being with family eating delicious Lebanese food at her parent’s restaurant. Having been surrounded by so many men, it’s no wonder it taught Nada to stand up for herself – but it also seeded her commitment to gender diversity. Today she sits on our diversity board to ensure we not just set goals to address gender diversity, but that we benefit from the diverse backgrounds of all our Northrop people.
Nada now lives in Sydney’s east, together with her husband and their dog. She’s a social butterfly and quite the ‘foodie’. Sharing a drink and a meal with her friends and family is her ultimate way to unwind! Nada has a genuine interest in other people which has brought about her strong belief in a ‘culture of support’. It’s this mantra which has seen her develop a highly talented and engaged team. Nada is a driving force and staunch supporter of cross-regional training, staff swaps, information sharing and recruitment. She has an active role on the social committee and is invaluable at bringing people together.
Nada is both a respected manager and a visible leader, and in 2017 was appointed an Associate of Northrop.
