Subdivision Training
Northrop’s Sydney Civil Section provided an intensive full weekend workshop to train our junior staff in subdivision design this past weekend.
This training will further boost the capabilities and available resources within our subdivision team and provide opportunities for our staff.
The Sydney Civil team is already working on several large subdivisions throughout the greater Sydney region with several significant clients, and building on our capabilities will enable us to continue to provide a high level of service to our clients.
Northrop is absolutely committed to staff development, both “on and off-the-job”. We think outside the box when it comes to maximising training opportunities whilst maintaining a high level of services and delivery for our clients.
This hands-on training taught our staff the design theory and then practice of delivering a real design for a current subdivision project in Kellyville, part of the north-west growth centre which Northrop are active in.
Training is a constant for Northrop and more sessions are planned for later in the year.
