From very early in my career, Northrop has allowed me to liaise with clients, sub-consultants, government authorities and contractors, which has not only catalysed my technical progression, but also taught me the ‘softer’ skills that are an integral part of the job and something that isn’t focused on significantly at university.

Northrop makes a concerted effort to employ like-minded people, and adopts a horizontal management structure throughout the organisation, creating a highly enjoyable, supportive and collaborative work environment. This is one of the reasons I came to Northrop, and is one of the main reasons a number of employees in our company have spent their entire career here!
