Brad Gibson
Brad has over 20 years drafting experience and over 10 years with Northrop. During this time Brad attained substantial technical skills working within NSW, QLD and the UK. One of these skills is a broad range of knowledge allowing him to resolve issues and find solutions to match business requirements across all sectors. Brad has been responsible for providing training, supervision and mentoring to numerous industry professionals which always requires the ability to adapt to challenging situations and has contributed to an extensive knowledge of the construction industry. The progression to 3D modelling and BIM has been obvious to most in the industry, now with over 7 years experience in Revit structure and BIM management he can’t imagine structural design without it, The ability to think and design in 3D, combined with substantial technical skills in structural detailing has allowed him to create precise 3D (BIM) models which he has become very passionate about. |
