Northrop

Michael has a Master of Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons). Working with Northrop since 2008, he has a wide variety of experience as a Senior mechanical engineer and Simulation Engineer and was the previous ACT Regional Manager, before his current role as National Mechanical Manager.

During this time Michael has designed Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems for a broad range of Education, Commercial and  Government projects, as well as conducted building simulations for Energy Modelling and Computational Fluid Dynamics airflow simulations for various applications. Michael has a passion for finding the best design outcome rather than the most convenient or a pre-defined outcome. To do this, he works closely with clients to identify priorities and work through options to ensure project objectives are met.
