The project had a detailed brief requiring responsiveness to specific clauses. Northrop’s view was that to achieve the brief, the client required multiple engineering solutions to be tabled and discussed in detail before proceeding with a design outcome to ensure the clients brief was satisfied.
The project also required 4 star green star and 4.5 star NABERS. The building is performing well and achieving 5 star NABERS as last assessment.
