Northrop sponsors PCA Diversity Lunch

The Property Council of Australia hosted their annual diversity lunch on Tuesday July 25th. The event featured frank discussions with industry leaders on progress to date and priorities including tackling pay equality and growing a diverse talent pool.

Northrop were thrilled to be sponsoring the event. We're committed to equality in our workplace. Like most, we have opportunity for improvements in attracting and retaining female engineers. We want our people to realise their potential, whatever their background, race, gender or age. Our current programs help us leverage the existing diversity within Northrop to ensure a future that continues to attract talented people into the engineering profession.

At Northrop one third of our associates are female. We'll continue to provide opportunities and flexibility to our people so that everyone can reach their full potential.
