CEVA Logistics – Brisbane
The bespoke facility located at 70-88 Australand Drive, Berrinba, comprises of a 20,500 metres squared warehouse, over 400 metres squared office and 45 car spaces.
The site achieved a 5 Star Green Design & As-Built Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, supported by the design’s inclusion of on-site stormwater detention, reuse and water quality improvement devices.
The sites design required significant site earthworks to accommodate over a six-metre fall across the site whilst achieving the strict grading requirements for concrete hardstand, loading docks and car parking.
