Alissa graduated with honours from the Monash University and began her structural engineering career in 2013, she joined Northrop in 2017.  Alissa  is able to look holistically at not only the project but the client’s intent to provide solutions capable of fulfilling not only immediate requirements but also long term goals

Alissa adopts a client-focused approach, seeking to understand her client’s needs and ensure project plans effectively address these priorities.
