Katrina has been the People & Culture Advisor and HR Generalist at Northrop for over eight years. Prior to this she worked as an accountant for seven years for various mining companies.
She assists with the planning, organising and co-ordination of the overall operations of the business and works closely with our managers.
She specialises in providing support and co-ordination of recruitment activities, human resource administration, corporate marketing materials and publications, internal training and development, promoting existing and new programs and policies, developing and implementing administrative, financial and operational procedures and guidelines.
Katrina was appointed as an associate in 2014.
