Stephen joined Northrop in 2013 as a specialist recruiter. His significant contribution to the business above and beyond his role was recognised in May 2018 when Stephen was elevated to the position of Manager People and Culture.
In addition to recruitment, this expanded role includes the retention and development of talent within Northrop and direct management of a very talented team.
With a focus on upskilling our people, Stephen has delivered training courses on people management, recruitment / hiring best practice, interviewing techniques, staff onboarding, utilising LinkedIn and developing a personal brand.
He has been the face of Northrop at university careers fairs for many years and is a great Northrop ambassador in this role.
Stephen holds professional memberships with the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association, and in addition to this, has been selected as a mentor for both bodies.
Stephen’s people skills, experience, enthusiasm and drive continue to add significant value to Northrop.
