Clemton Park Village
Stage 4 of Clemton Park Village multi-unit residential development comprises 300 units spread across 4 separate buildings up to 5 stories in height. Below ground, two basement levels provide car parking for over 400 vehicles.
Budget and a tight construction program was most important to our client. Northrop was able to improve column layout to significantly reduce concrete volumes in the ground floor transfer slabs, and provided a more cost effective foundation system when compared to the tender design. This provided a significant advantage for our client during the tendering process.
During construction, Northrop was pro-active and flexible with proposed design and construction sequence changes to ensure the project was still delivered on time.
