Northrop

Northrop were engaged to provide a report to the client on options for upgrading the building management system at Erindale Sporting Centre.  The goal was to replace an aging asset that was no longer supported and also to achieve energy savings within this facility. 

It is a complex facility that includes a high school, public library, swimming pool and gym which meant having conversations with the building manager and facility users to fully understand how the building worked.

After close collaboration we provided a report which detailed the cost options and energy savings to allow for the Department to apply for Government funding to implement the findings from our report.
