Park One, Macquarie Park

The Park One development consists of 412 designer apartments set across two 20-storey buildings and three storeys of basement parking in Sydney’s Macquarie Park.

The development is directly adjacent to the Epping to Chatswood rail line tunnels beneath 80 Waterloo Road. One of the main challenges we faced was gaining approval from Sydney Trains for the basement excavation.

Our team was able to coordinate with the geotechnical engineer and other specialist consultants to satisfy the onerous requirements of Sydney Trains. We kept to a tight timeframe while concurrently working through a value management process with the builder to deliver an efficient structural design.
