Skyhaus Liverpool
The Skyhaus project, to be constructed at Liverpool, west of Sydney has given us the opportunity to demonstrate our innovative outlook. We have been appointed as structural engineer by the developer, Lateral Estate and have been working closely with the client on feasibility studies in recent months.
The project comprises of 424 residential apartments, spread between two 30 storey residential towers with an additional six storey residential building at 420 Macquarie Street, Liverpool.
Throughout the initial stages we worked closely with the client to maximise efficiency and better advise our client. This enabled us to provide innovative solutions to meet the technical challenges of the project and give confidence to our client.
