Since joining Northrop in 2018, Bella has worked across a range of sectors on projects throughout NSW and Australia, with a particular interest in education, health, community and fit out projects.

Her specific focus is architectural and building acoustics being trained in 3D ray-tracing modelling (Odeon). Acoustics intersects with many elements of a building’s design, Bella believes that the best value to projects and clients is a result of an early understanding of the acoustic objectives, providing practical and quality outcomes that prioritise the end user.
