Lucinda Mcloughlin
Lucinda joined Northrop in 2023 as a Senior Civil Designer after gaining over six years of Civil Design Engineering experience in the United Kingdom.
She has had multiple years of experience carrying out and leading large Residential projects, from pre-planning Conceptual designs and Flood Risk Assessments to full Detailed designs.
Lucinda’s experience aids her in producing high-quality design packages including Bulk Earthworks, Stormwater designs, Roadworks, Sediment control and Sewer reticulation. Her experience designing in different regions and countries has allowed her to adopt various construction/design methods and have high-level design skills in multiple software such as Autocad, PDS 3D Modelling, 12D and Microdraiange. Lucinda strongly believes in working alongside clients to build a healthy working relationship, understanding each client's design needs and preferences resulting in delivering high-quality engineered designs.
