Madhulika is an organised and solution-focused project delivery manager who facilitates inter-disciplinary coordination and looks after multi-disciplinary project administration efficiently. She also works closely with our clients and assists our team in delivering quality work to meet client expectations.

Madhulika has worked in India and UK before joining Northrop in Australia. As a result of this exposure to diverse work environments, she adds value by being adaptable to changing project needs and effectively encouraging collaboration between the diverse project teams.

Madhulika was appointed an Associate in October 2022.
