Combining the awe for city skylines and passion for a greener world, Owen is committed to pushing the envelope of sustainability in the built environment. He constantly strives to meet the sweet spot among environmental, social, and financial outcomes.
Having over 1 year of experience in green building design and climate technologies, Owen is well verse in passive design strategies, energy simulation and lifecycle analysis. He is also proficient in moving between the technical and strategic perspectives on sustainable design.
Beyond Northrop, Owen is an active contributor and Team Mentor for an award-winning and sustainability-focussed student team at Monash University, the Monash Solar Decathlon Team (MSDT). A driven and inspiring figure, he hopes to bring and guide the younger generation in their sustainability journeys.
