With 25+ years in the industry, Paul joined Northrop Engineers in 2019 with strong experience in health, commercial, retail, residential and Industrial projects, along with expertise in BIM collaboration, team leadership, trainee mentoring and motivation.
Paul enjoys mentoring junior drafters and helping his team to identify ways to work smarter, and to provide even higher levels of service for our clients projects.
Paul adopts a planned and meticulous approach to projects in order to ensure that client expectations are achieved, quality is never jeopardised, and the delivery of work is always consistent and punctual.
