Thuan Quach
Thuan began his early years in civil engineering alongside a family of concreters in Melbourne, he honed his skills. Subsequently, he contributed significantly during stints in Sydney with a local Council and later in Brisbane with a civil construction contractor. Thuan's roles were comprehensive, spanning from on-site responsibilities to project administration, encompassing diverse projects across Greater Brisbane. Following a brief venture into consultancy, he made a triumphant return to his roots in January 2023, rejoining the field with Northrop.
Since joining Northrop, Thuan has thrived in a dynamic team, contributing to projects like built-form initiatives in the Port of Brisbane and land developments in Springfield and Griffin. His current focus involves construction inspections for compliance, meticulous quality assurance documentation, and effective project management. A standout achievement includes overseeing the successful plan sealing of land development projects, reflecting Thuan's passion for his work and the diverse challenges it presents.
