Springfield Rise Villages 16, 17 and 18
Northrop was engaged for the design coordination and construction management of villages 17 and 18 of Lendlease Community’s Springfield Rise – The Crossing. Responsible for the design, documentation, approvals and construction supervision of the over 1,600 lot project, Northop continue to work closely with specialist services to ensure the $125 million project is delivered to a high standard.
A key focus of the land development project was the stormwater quality and quantity, ensuring the development was sustainable and met all relevant regulations.
As the project continues to develop, the civil team have provided additional services such as feasibility studies, commercial evaluations, and assistance
with infrastructure agreement investigations. Construction is ongoing for villages 17 and 18, with the final 300 lots soon to be submitted for authority approvals, Northrop has now begun the early
stages of design for Village 16 after being awarded the next phase of the project late 2022.
