Three Newcastle projects recognised in NSW Good Design for Housing Map
The Edge Throsby, Station St Wickham and Eclipse Residence have all been featured in the NSW Government Good Design for Housing Map. These are profiled as examples of low and mid-rise well-designed homes that preserve the character and value of the Newcastle neighborhood whilst catering to changing community needs.
Our structural and civil engineering teams helped to overcome a variety of design challenges across these three projects whilst maintaining the interests of all stakeholders.
The Newcastle office worked with CKDS Architecture completing work with minimal impact on surrounding schools, heritage structures and residential areas.
