Having joined Northrop in early 2022 as the HR Advisory Lead, Clarissa was promoted to People and Culture Manager in July 2023 and recognised as a Northrop Associate in October 2023.

Clarissa’s strategic mindset has transformed Northrop’s People and Culture function into a focused value adding unit.

Recent achievements include:

• Transformed the P&C team into a synergised force, working closely with our key people managers to attract and retain top talent
• Streamlined the 2023 pay review process maximising efficiency
• Launched the Engagement Survey Program providing actionable insights across the business
• Ensured Northrop is at the forefront of our industry by incorporating key legislative updates into our policies

Clarissa represents Northrop on notable platforms including Consult Australia committees and is a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI). Her academic and professional credentials further solidify her expertise, as she continues to leave a substantial mark on Northrop.
