Esque Franklin
The Esque, Franklin is located on Flemington Road in one for the fastest growing residential areas of the ACT, it consists of 70 apartments in 1 and 2 bedroom designs split across two seperate buildings with ground floor commerical spaces and landscaped common areas. The buildings are formed from painted precast concrete facades, stone featured foyers, off-form painted concrete columns and landscaped street frontage and public spaces. The apartments have sweeping views, are functional and have efficient floor plans with high ceilings, with year round climate control.
Northrop were engaged to provide Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Services Engineering designs, value engineering and documentation in close coordination with the project architect and under the close direction of the developer.
We were able to draw on our extensive experience in residential and built environments to ensure the developers expectations were met and that the installation was of sufficient quality to bring the project success on budget and on time.
