A complex site with a strict program to manage, the Wallace site comprises of 9,000 sqm of warehouse, 800 sqm of offices, heavy duty hardstand and future proofed potential container hardstand. Northrop provided civil and structual engineering services on the project.
Working alongside leading geotechnical engineers, Northrop were able to determine the acceptability of residual ground movement and utilise our extensive design experience in jointless fibre slabs to provide a cost-effective solution for both client and contractor.
Following on from the success of Northrop’s engineering documentation and services, we were novated to McNab to finalise the documentation and see it through to construction.
