Maddie Kovac
Maddie joined Northrop in 2016 as a Business Support Assistant in the Sydney Office supporting the Structural discipline. As an experienced Business Specialist with a history of working in administration and operation roles in the construction and consulting industry, she was successful in an internal appointment to join Northrop’s People and Culture team in February 2022 as a Recruitment & Talent Specialist. In December 2022, she was appointed as Early Careers Specialist. Maddie oversees Undergraduate, Trainee, Cadet, and Graduate (Early Careers) recruitment activities across all offices and disciplines of Northrop.
Maddie is a natural communicator with a high EQ and is skilled in public speaking. She is a strong business professional having graduated from TAFE NSW in 2020 with a Diploma in Business Administration.
Maddie’s exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills, along with her positive and helpful attitude, is invaluable in the Early Careers space. She enjoys visiting TAFE, and universities, which allow her to participate in events that connect Maddie with students and recent Graduates, in order to showcase Northrop and outline what a career in a consulting engineering could be for them.
Maddie’s dedication to the business and its people is exceptional, and she is driven to ensure all candidates and employees have a positive, engaging, and enjoyable experience at Northrop.
