With over 30 years of experience, including a few years working in the UK, Matthew is not just a Senior Structural Engineer and Principal at Northrop but a true visionary in his field.
Known for his quiet leadership style, Matt finds joy in others’ success. When he’s not engineering high-quality design solutions for the future, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and tackling DIY projects around the house.
