With a career over three decades, she has shaped a diverse portfolio of public, industrial, commercial and residential projects. Beyond her technical expertise, Lilian is passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers and creating spaces where teams feel supported.
She’s also a strong advocate for women in engineering, regularly lending her experience to help foster a more inclusive industry.
