With over 8 years of experience in structural design, Lauren has worked across a range of sectors including residential developments, public and government projects, education, and industrial warehouses.
Lauren has often been commended for her diligent and engaging nature and ability to work well with clients, helping solve problems quickly and without fuss. Outside of her engineering skills, Lauren manages an experienced team of engineers at Northrop and is actively involved in external engineering committees with Engineers Australia and MECLA.
