Sara brings a strategic lens to her role as Sydney’s Event Coordinator, where she leads initiatives that enhance engagement and elevate the Northrop experience for both clients and colleagues. With a background in events, marketing and communications, she brings standout moments to life such as the annual Managers Conference, the Spring Long Lunch and vibrant internal culture events that keep the team connected and inspired.
Sara is driven by the challenge of turning ideas into high impact, well executed events that leave a lasting impression.

Outside of her role, Sara is an active supporter of Northrop’s community initiatives and regularly gets involved in fundraising efforts with PIF. She also runs a wedding coordination business on weekends and enjoys spending time with family, travelling and discovering great food along the way.
