And as an employee-owned business, there’s a clear path to company ownership and even the boardroom.
At Northrop, we understand the impact our projects make on our local communities and environment. Whether that’s through designing an efficient mechanical or facade system, a well-graded building entry or a sustainable concrete specification – if making a difference matters to you, you’ll be in good company.
We’re employee-owned by over 50 of our senior people, who work alongside you and help shape the direction of the business. We decide what matters, where we go, who we work with – and what risks are worth taking. That’s part of what makes our culture open, empowering, and real.
