Nathan Solley

Nathan is a senior structural engineer with more than a decade of experience delivering high‑rise, multi‑residential, commercial, education, health and industrial projects. He brings a practical, hands‑on approach to every job, working closely with partners, contractors and his team to create solutions that support good design and smooth delivery.
Nathan cares deeply about people – both his team and the clients he works with. As Group Manager, he focuses on helping others grow, building strong relationships and making the project experience straightforward and positive. His recent work includes La Mer Main Beach, Ari Tower and the Qube Pallet Warehouse expansion.
Outside work, Nathan is a keen distance runner, a regular at Parkrun, and enjoys a busy family life with his wife and three kids. He’s also active in his local church, often serving on the band.
I’m passionate about people, about my team succeeding and growing, about working with good clients, and about giving them a positive outcome and experience. I want my legacy at Northrop to be that I was a manager who helped people achieve their goals, someone clients want to come back to. Someone who cares about them, not just the work we’re doing.
