Henry is a senior structural engineer who enjoys collaborating with design teams, challenging assumptions and exploring smarter, less conventional solutions. Before joining Northrop in 2022, he worked as a Senior Forensic Engineer, investigating structural collapses and defects and preparing expert witness reports for legal teams; experience that strengthened his technical judgement and practical problem solving.
At Northrop he has led structural design for major education and cultural projects, including the Second College for Gungahlin, Melonba Education Campus and the Sydney Jewish Museum redevelopment.
Henry is known for staying calm under pressure and guiding large teams through ambitious delivery phases.
Outside work, Henry is a keen foodie and home chef who loves recreating elaborate dishes he’s enjoyed at restaurants. He also enjoys 3D printing practical creations for around the house.
