Now as Northrop’s National Hydraulics and Fire Manager, he leads with empathy and deep industry know-how, mentoring young engineers and delivering smart, efficient solutions across major projects like Moorebank Logistics Park and the University of Wollongong.

Stuart is known for simplifying complexity and keeping projects moving. Outside of work, he’s slowly making his way around Australia by motorbike, with his wife riding alongside—already ticking off Cooktown, Tasmania and Port Fairy.
