A long serving Principal and former Northrop Board member of 17 years, Mat now brings his wealth of experience to the Northrop Leadership Team.
His passion for people and projects has always been at the heart of his work. A respected leader in land development and urban infrastructure, he combines deep technical knowledge with a sharp focus on quality, always keeping projects, and people, on the right track.
From major infrastructure projects at Sydney Airport to complex roadworks at Moorebank Intermodal, Mat brings clarity, consistency and care to every project he leads.
When he’s not shaping cities or careers, Mat’s all about loud riffs and local gigs—his love for heavy metal runs just as deep as his passion for engineering.
