Since joining as a graduate in 2004, Karlie has played a key role in various projects across the residential, commercial, educational and institutional sectors, including multi-storey developments, modular school buildings and complex refurbishments. She is known for her ability to collaborate closely with architects, project managers and clients to deliver tailored solutions, particularly when working on sites with unique challenges.

In addition to her project work, Karlie serves as a Director on Northrop’s Board. She contributes to the firm’s leadership as Chair of the Shareholding Changes Committee, overseeing transparent and strategic shareholder processes and supporting sustainable growth. Karlie has also been actively involved in the Engineers Australia Structural College Board for over 10 years and is a member of the AICD. Away from the desk, Karlie’s happiest moments are spent with her son, laughing along to MASH* or getting outdoors with Vera, her beloved Norfolk terrier.
