Northrop

Aaron is a  structural engineer who joined Northrop in 2008. His wide variety of experience includes leading large industrial projects housing highly automated storage and retrieval equipment, to managing a team delivering complex engineering works for architecturally bespoke concrete framed buildings in the tertiary sector. Aaron has worked with builders as the lead structural engineer on over a dozen industrial projects greater than 10,000m2, as well as a range of architects and interior designers on numerous inner-city commercial fit out projects.  

Aaron has a passion for working collaboratively with clients to achieve their vision.  By understanding their needs at the deepest level, he delivers solutions that are truly customised. This approach has allowed him to work on fast-paced industrial projects, focusing on economy in design and ease of construction – and architecturally sophisticated fit out projects, using structural design as a tool to achieve considered architectural outcomes.
