Erica joined Northrop in 2015 as a Sustainability Engineer and has since expanded her role to manage a diverse team with involvement in projects across the entire property industry.
Erica is an expert in technical modelling and leads the Quality Assurance processes for Sustainability at Northrop. She is passionate about accurately modelling projects from code compliance through to advanced sustainability certifications such as Green Star and Passivhaus. Through this capability, she supports projects to achieve their goals with hard evidence.
Erica was appointed a Northrop Associate in October 2023.
