Graham joined Northrop in 2018 and manages Brisbane’s civil engineering team. Over the last 24 years Grahams career experience has included the design and project management of developments within the residential land, multi- unit townhouse and high-rise, commercial, and industrial development sectors.

As the Brisbane Civil Manager, Graham has grown the team from a support for structural projects, to a self-sustaining team capable of delivering market leading projects in partnership with development partners across a diverse range of sectors. Having received a ground up training and experience started with as-constructed drafting and has progressed through to project managing large scale multi stage and multi-use developments. This provides Graham with a holistic understanding of the authority requirements and site controls that lead to efficient project outcomes for his clients.

Graham’s drive to continually explore and understand innovation within design ensures that both his team and his clients remain at the forefront of the development industry whilst driving cost efficiencies in delivery and outcomes.
