Isabel has 6 years’ experience on a range of projects from high-end residential to 28-storey commercial towers. She has progressed from a design engineer to a wider focus as a group manager responsible for leading project teams and mentoring other engineers. Isabel graduated from UNSW with a degree in Civil Engineering with an understanding in Architecture in 2012 and enjoys working on projects with an architectural focus.
Isabel adopts a client-focused approach, seeking to understand her clients’ needs and ensure project plans effectively address these priorities. As part of Northrop’s client stakeholder team, Isabel takes an active role in the company’s business development strategies. Isabel is also an advocate for the engineering profession and has had strong involvement with Engineers Australia, including a term as National Chair of Young Engineers Australia. She also sits on the Property Leaders Sydney committee and contributes to several corporate development committees at Northrop.
