Karlie has been part of the team at Northrop since graduating from The University of Newcastle in 2004. A Principal and Director of Northrop, Karlie is also dedicated to the diversity and success of our company.

Karlie has been heavily involved in the design and documentation of a number of large scale multi-storey developments, residential, commercial and institutional projects. She has a great understanding of clients’ needs and is keenly aware of the need to deliver project-specific solutions in our delivery of successful engineering projects. Karlie also has a great deal of experience in the modular and off-site construction field where she enjoys simplifying the process for our clients.
