Quality, Systems and Integration Manager
Kiri joined Northrop in February 2019 as the Sydney Region Engineering Operations Manager, and was promoted in March 2020 to Sydney Region Operations Manager. Her key responsibilities are to focus on lifting consistency and quality in the delivery of our projects in the Sydney region.
Tasked with the heavy responsibility of moving the biggest cogs of operations in the business, Kiri brought gracefully to speed which has gained momentum and traction across Northrop.
Prior to joining Northrop, Kiri had almost 20 years industry experience as a structural engineer, working her way from Graduate to Associate Director, Principal, and Business Unit Leader. Kiri has bought a broad range of experience to Northrop with it has slowly but surely improved the day to day working lives of all of us.
