Lilian joined Northrop in 2002 and was appointed Principal in 2018. With over 28 years of experience, Lilian provides structural engineering analysis and design for a range of public, industrial, commercial and residential buildings.

As a Client Stakeholder, Lilian takes the time to understand the unique requirements of her clients and employs a collaborative approach – working closely with builders to develop simple and practical solutions that integrate the architectural, economic, and construction requirements of a project.
