Marlo joined Northrop in 2014 as a Civil Designer, with over 15 years industry experience. Specialising in the built environment, Marlo brings a wealth of technical experience to support the delivery of projects across the business. Some key projects include Intermodal Moorebank works, Sydney Airport Upgrades and Macquarie University.
Marlo’s unassuming and easy style, his tact and diplomacy, ensures that he is highly respected within Northrop and a trusted confidant to all.
A deep strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement, Marlo is also responsible for the advancement and implementation of Digital Engineering capabilities within the civil discipline. Managing a team which specialises in providing digital engineering support and services, both internally and externally to the business.
Marlo’s ongoing contributions to Northrop’s clients, projects and to the business, particularly for the civil discipline has been recognised by appointment to Associate in 2017.
