Mat has been a Director at Northrop for over 10 years.  He joined the company in 2001 with a strong urban infrastructure and land development background.  This came from working in local government, and other small and mid-tier consultancy firms.

As a Client Stakeholder, Mat maintains a focus on the interests of the client – by keeping our project teams accountable to delivering quality outcomes that strengthen trust.  He is motivated by developing long-term relationships that are genuine, and Northrop sharing success with our Clients.

Mat dedicates significant time to guiding the careers of our engineers – including coaching across the technical, delivery and consulting aspects of what we do.
