Mitchell is a chartered structural engineer at Northrop, leading a skilled team to deliver efficient, buildable solutions on projects across the commercial, residential, and institutional sectors.
Since joining Northrop in 2015, Mitchell has played a key role in delivering complex structures, including NewCold MB02, Parramatta Civic Centre, and 118 Mount Street. With a dual degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) and Commerce from UNSW, he brings both technical depth and commercial insight to his work. In 2021, he was recognised as the ACSE Emerging Engineer of the Year.
Mitchell is passionate about practical, efficient design and thrives on collaborating with builders to resolve engineering challenges on site. His focus is always on delivering better buildings, ones that meet client needs and make a positive contribution to the built environment.
