Stephen began his engineering career in Ireland and joined Northrop in 2000. Over his 20-year history at Northrop, Stephen has led multi-disciplinary teams on a number of complex large-scale projects across the commercial, residential, hospitality and health sectors.

Stephen’s philosophy revolves around building and maintaining long-term client relationships. He also takes an active interest in developing the careers of our young engineers – including mentoring across the consulting, delivery and technical aspects of what we do.

In addition to day-to-day consulting, Stephen also dedicates a significant amount of time to leading Northrop’s pro bono Knowledge Water Project, which is primarily aimed at creating economic development and Indigenous employment in East Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory.
