Stuart is reputed for his practical skill-set and diligence in delivering projects successfully, with wide experience in the hydraulic field. His career consists of practical plumbing and fire services experience, consequently leading to the operation of his own plumbing company that serviced a variety of government and commercial sectors for 19 years.

Stuart later commenced his work in an engineering practice in 2005, progressing to become a Fire Services Associate in 2017. Stuart joined Northrop in 2018 as Team Leader fire services. With a strong passion for fire services engineering, Stuart developed his expertise over the years and holds a Masters in Fire Safety Engineering. Stuart displays great detailed technical support among senior staff, and is well versed in spatial concepts, comprehensive reports & specifications, and in the client-focused approach. Furthermore, Stuart is involved in mentoring and the development of staff, with consideration to the allocation of appropriate resources, allowing for successful client objectives amidst their deadlines.
