With over 22 years of experience in technical and management roles in Australia and internationally, Surekha currently leads the electrical engineering discipline and continuously seeks to improve, grow the business, and develop its people to their fullest potential.

Recognised as a hands-on and competent leader, Surekha has led hundreds of multi-disciplinary projects across residential, education and senior living sectors, and is highly skilled at coordinating across project stakeholders and meeting deadline driven delivery within budgetary constraints.

She is a strong team player who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and leverages her communication skills to achieve positive performance and productivity.
